How to cancel a service or booking and the charges that may apply.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked with EURONIX Tours & Travels and should be read with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
To cancel any service or booking, notify us as early as possible in writing at info@euronixtours.com or by calling +91 9729312271, quoting your booking or enquiry reference.
These are subject to the individual cancellation terms of the airline, hotel or tour operator. Cancellation charges, no-show fees and date-change fees set by the supplier will apply and are beyond our control.
In rare cases where we are unable to provide a confirmed service, we will inform you promptly and refund amounts paid to us for that service, excluding non-refundable third-party charges already incurred.
Neither party is liable for cancellation or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government action, embassy closures or travel restrictions.
